Internet Return/Refund Policy:
All unused/unopened items may be returned for an exchange within 30 days. We do not refund shipping charges. It is the customers responsibility to handle all return shipping fees. All used/opened product returns will be evaluated individually. Upon acceptance of your shopping cart and the charges therein, the order may not be cancelled for any reason. If an order is refused upon delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%.

When shipping your return be sure to include a copy of the packing slip and to use a reputable shipper that provides tracking as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Due to our rapidly changing inventory, Wagzcolorado.com does not recommend exchanges for online purchases. To guarantee that the items you like are in stock please contact us, or place a new order online at any time and send the returned items back to us for a refund.

For approved returns we will issue a credit to your charge card within 24 hours. In cases where we have shipped you an incorrect product, we will issue a shipping call tag to have the item picked up at our expense. We will also re-ship the corrected order to you at no additional charge.

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy:
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
If you�re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 1-877-378-4187 for charges.

Shipping and Handling Costs:
Shipping and Handling is calculated based on checkout totals.
PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 2.9% sales tax. Orders within the City of Fort Collins will be charged 6.7% sales tax.
